Either as an employee or as an employer, the adequate application of employment law can ensure the solid and secure legal structure of our professional life and its development. 

 

In whatever employment position we are in, it is necessary to be clearly aware of the rights and obligations that we and/or our employee(s) or employer(s) have and to reach an agreement in due time regarding the employment terms and conditions with the other party/parties.
